DLH Digital Leader Named 2025 ACCELERATE 125 Honoree

Jessica Berrellez, DLH Vice President of Health IT Strategy & Operations, has been selected as a GovTech Connects 2025 ACCELERATE 125 Honoree.

These awards recognize federal, military, and industry health IT visionaries, changemakers, and trailblazers who are shaping the future of federal and military health IT digital transformation. Jess’ nomination drew special attention to her innovation across Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and other emerging technologies. 

• Jess joined DLH in November 2025. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and has supported efforts at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the broader Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), demonstrating leadership in digital modernization and workforce innovation. 

Jess and this year’s other nominees will be celebrated at the upcoming ACCELERATE 125 Awards and Holiday Celebration on Tuesday, December 9 from 2:00–5:00 p.m. at the Carahsoft Conference Center in Reston, VA. At the event, she will also be moderating an engaging panel discussion on cyber: “Driving Transformation through Innovation, AI, Data, Cyber, Next-Gen Tech.”
