Our measurements will be formed using business best practices and incorporated into all components of the organization.

DLH’s Infinibyte® Cloud secure data analytics solution has received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (“FedRAMP”) authorization.

FedRAMP provides a standardized approach to security and risk assessment for cloud technology throughout the federal government and its partners. Authorization – approved by the General Services Administration (GSA) – signals to customers in the FedRAMP Marketplace that Infinibyte® Cloud has undergone a rigorous security capabilities assessment and is able to meet the enhanced data security requirements of civilian agencies as well as the U.S. Department of Defense.

DLH Corporation has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a health care organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.

To maintain readiness for recertification, DLH ensured policies and practices were in place to ensure we provide customers qualified, competent clinical staff.  DLH participated in performance improvement activities to help ensure we deliver high quality care.

DLH Holdings Corp. achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 is the most widely used international standard. It sets measurements for an organization’s quality management system while providing objectives to all processes through measurement, documentation, analysis, and diagnostic discipline. ISO 9001 establishes qualitative standards designed to assist organizations, thus ensuring DLH will continue to exceed the demands of customers and stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to their health products and programs.

Using the ISO process gives DLH the information, data integrity, and control to execute and maintain a broad array of tools and techniques to continually improve management processes. Effective application of appropriate tools will result in many benefits for DLH such as competitive advantage, market differentiation, and reduction to risk exposure.

This quality management system pertains to processes relating to the management of Engineering, Cyber Security, Technical and Support Services in the government and private sectors.

The following requirements do not apply;

1.5.2 Measurement Traceability – DLH subsidiary GRSi does not use any equipment to monitor and measure processes for products or services delivered to the customer.

DLH’s has achieved ISO (International Organization of Standardization) 27001 certification.

The accreditation indicates that DLH operates an information security management system that conforms to the rigorous requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013, the only internationally recognized certifiable information security standard. The scope includes the Information Security Management System supporting DLH’s underlying operations and Infinibyte® Cloud, the company’s PaaS cloud computing offering. The certificate was awarded following an extensive audit process that examined the company’s information security risk, controls, and management processes.

DLH subsidiary’s GRSi’s Information Security Management System supports the secure management and delivery of IT and organizational services and processes to covered parties, including GRSi employees and subcontractors.

DLH’s subsidiary GRSi has achieved ISO 20000-1:2018 certification. The accreditation indicates that GRSi operates within a framework for streamlined and effective IT Service Management across the enterprise, with a continuous, actionable feedback loop to drive continuous improvements forward to the benefit of the user base and organization.

GRSi will provide an integrated service management system, including policies, processes, and procedures to meet the business and customer requirements, based on the current version of the ISO 20000-1:2018 framework. This service management system provides the framework for establishing service objectives based on business and customer needs. We are committed to managing the services specified in the Service Catalog for GRSi’s customers and fostering an environment of continual service improvement.

GRSi’s Service Management System supports the provisioning and delivery of IT services and processes, as defined by our Service Catalog, to authorized customers, including GRSi employees and subcontractors.

 The authorized internal customers are:

  • Full- and part-time employees
  • Temporary staff

All subcontractors and consultants who have access to GRSi IT systems and data.

DLH is appraised at a Level 3 for the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Version 2.0 for both development and service.

To secure this rating, a group of DLH employees trained and certified as appraisal team members worked with appraisal team leaders to complete benchmark appraisals. Through examination of objective evidence, the appraisal teams analyzed the extent to which DLH implemented the CMMI model. The teams presented final findings indicating Level 3 Maturity to the appraisal sponsors and other key stakeholders. Level 3 ratings indicate our organization’s processes are well characterized and understood, and defined in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

DLH’s subsidiary GRSi’s accounting system is deemed acceptable by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
