In order to pursue the highest levels of responsible corporate citizenship, we have developed a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ecosystem which includes initiatives focused on civic engagement, and sustainability efforts. Strength in these three areas results in an empowered workforce, a responsible operating structure, and an environment in which individual and corporate growth flourishes.

Sustainable business practices are not only essential for our success, but also vital for a healthier planet and more inclusive communities. We aim to create long-term value for our shareholders, employees, customers, and society as a whole.

Our Data

*DLH’s 2023 Scope 1 and Scope 2 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions from our buildings and vehicles. These emissions are calculated annually using Sustain.Life, which operates in alignment with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard.

ESG at DLH

DLH is committed to understanding our role as a public company and the growing impacts of corporate culture on the environment, systems, communities, and the people who live and work throughout. We look forward to learning more about the opportunities, actions, and behaviors we can adopt and pursue to advance our ESG participation.

DLH collects ESG data using the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for our ESG Reporting. Additionally, DLH uses Sustain.Life to calculate our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions to track our energy usage and the impact of carbon on the planet. From sustainable operations to community engagement, we are dedicated to making a difference and building a better future for all.
