A Culture Worth Celebrating: DLH Earns Workplace Excellence Certification

 

DLH has once again earned the Amazing Workplace® certification!

This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based solely on employee survey feedback, highlighting the strong, supportive, and engaging culture our employees experience.

DLH remains committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. The insights we receive from this survey play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workplace.  We will continue using employee feedback to guide meaningful improvements, fuel growth, and enhance employee experience.

Here are a few highlights from our Amazing Workplace® survey:

  • Support and safety:82% of respondents said that DLH leaders and colleagues make them feel supported, safe, and trusted, and that they are treated well at work.
  • Belonging and respect:77% of respondents reported feeling accepted for who they are, able to be themselves at work, and welcomed and respected as part of the team.
  • Career and balance:71% of respondents believe DLH provides an environment that supports productivity, work-life balance, and the ability to manage responsibilities without unnecessary stress.

This certification is earned through a rigorous process that includes advanced technology, verification processes, and strict requirements.  By ensuring strong employee participation, the results reflect the authentic voice of our workforce.
