Dr. Vicki Hart

Dr. Vicki Hart is a member of DLH’s leadership team serving as the Strategic Account Executive for Science, Research & Development. In this role, Vicki leverages deep subject matter expertise in public health research, epidemiology, and data science to advance corporate growth, demonstrate industry leadership, and develop innovative solutions. She spearheads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens external relationships, and helps to align strategic talent initiatives with company scientific methodologies and technology.  She also is instrumental in the company’s independent research & development program. 

Prior to this role, Dr. Hart served as Director, Biostatistics and Epidemiology at DLH, where she led advanced analytics and research initiatives supporting complex public health programs. Dr. Hart earned her Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Massachusetts. She also holds a Master’s in Biostatistics from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
