DLH Mission Services and Solutions President Recognized as a 2019 FedHealthIT100 Awardee

Atlanta, Georgia (November 26, 2018)FedHealthIT magazine, a print and digital magazine dedicated to providing Federal health technology news and insights to key Government and industry decision makers, has named Helene Fisher, president of DLH’s Mission Services and Solution operating unit, as one of its 2019 awardees. Nominated by her peers for her contributions to the advancement of the Federal health information technology (IT) market, Ms. Fisher is receiving recognition for her willingness to challenge conventional wisdom and drive innovation within the Federal health IT and consulting community.

Focused on system modernization for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families, Ms. Fisher’s leadership in the DLH team-based organization introduced new scalable solutions, leveraging state of the art technologies and Agile development, providing HHS with increased reuse, improved performance, and overall compliance with HHS strategic plans and Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) processes and Federal security requirements.

Ms. Fisher’s team leadership effectiveness in a technology-based environment enabled Federal leaders and Program Manager to monitor and evaluate the execution of an important $10B nationwide program serving since its inception, more than 34 million children, birth to age five, and their families.
