Atlanta, Georgia (April 26, 2015)—DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DLHC), a professional and technical services provider to U.S. Government health agencies announced today a contract award to develop, tailor, deliver, and sustain medical materiel capabilities and data to protect health readiness for Service members. This new contract expands the company’s range of advanced development services and solutions supporting the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command at Fort Detrick under its previous contract. DLH will directly support U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency’s worldwide missions in planning, synchronizing, and testing medical systems and equipment, to sustain military forces conducting joint and full spectrum operations in theater. DLH provides total acquisition lifecycle management services for all field unit medical devices. Tasking will include development and standardization of EDHP integration initiatives covering both advanced development and modernization of medical devices. Integral to this support are partnerships with academia, commercial vendors, research laboratories, defense organizations and industry. DLH expects to provide these services over the next two years with possibility of contract extension.
