Kathryn JohnBull

Kathryn M. JohnBull serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. In that role, she has responsibility for developing and implementing the company’s business strategy, managing operations, representing the company publicly, and driving shareholder value.

Ms. JohnBull joined DLH as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2012, where she leveraged her 30 years finance experience to provide insight and support to investors, clients, and management of the company.  Prior to joining DLH, Ms. JohnBull served as a senior financial executive with QinetiQ North America, a publicly traded, U.K.-based provider of defense, technology, and security services and solutions. She also served as the operations segment CFO of Maximus, Inc., a publicly traded provider of business process outsourcing, consulting, and systems solutions. She has been involved specifically in the defense and Government services industries since 1988, working for organizations such as United Defense, BDM International, Inc., MAXIMUS, Inc., and QinetiQ North America.

Ms. JohnBull holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. She lives in Herndon, Virginia, and has three children and eight grandchildren.
