Judith Doherty

Jude Doherty is a member of DLH’s leadership team serving as the Strategic Account Executive for Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity since 2025. In this role, Jude leverages deep subject matter expertise in digital modernization and cybersecurity to advance corporate growth, demonstrate industry leadership, and develop innovative mission solutions. She spearheads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and helps shape enterprise capabilities that support emerging needs. Jude also plays an important role in developing DLH’s technical talent and innovation ecosystem.  She leads the development of Communities of Practice across critical digital disciplines, including cloud computing, AI/ML, Big Data management, Low Code/No Code application development, DevSecOps, and more. 

Jude previously served as Vice President, Health IT at DLH, where she led complex technology initiatives supporting federal agencies. Jude earned her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and holds a Master’s in Communications from American University.
