Steve Oroho

Steve Oroho has served as Chief Financial Officer since July 2026. In this role, he leads DLH’s finance organization, with responsibility for annual and long-range financial planning, financial operations and reporting, contract management, strategic pricing, investor relations, cash flow management and corporate infrastructure.

Mr. Oroho joined DLH in 2018 and has held leadership roles with the company, including as Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting. Prior to joining DLH, Mr. Oroho has held management positions at government services provider Alion Science & Technology, now part of HII and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He began his professional career with Lockheed Martin Corporation. An experienced finance executive, Mr. Oroho has spent his career developing and executing strategic plans, supporting corporate development initiatives, advising executives and Boards of Directors, and driving operational and process improvements.

Mr. Oroho is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served as a Military Intelligence Non-Commissioned Officer in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Saint Bonaventure University, a MBA from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Oroho lives in Roswell, GA with his wife and three children.
