Michael Virnig

Michael Virnig has served as Senior Vice President, Growth since June 2026. In this role, he leads business development, capture, proposal, and innovation efforts across the company, advancing strategic pursuits and helping position the company for continued organic growth and success across our health and defense markets.

Mr. Virnig joined DLH in 2023, and previously led growth efforts across our national security programs, C5ISR systems, and defense health. Prior to joining DLH, Michael held executive and management positions at Serco and the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), where he led complex programs and capture efforts in support of critical national security missions.

Mr. Virnig lives in Greensboro, NC.
