DLH Supports Genesis Mission, a National Effort Harnessing AI for Scientific Research

Today, the White House announced the National Institutes of Health (NIH)’s participation in the Genesis Mission, a national effort to accelerate the application of AI for transformative scientific discovery focused on pressing national challenges. The move aligns NIH’s expertise and capabilities in support of biomedical research and efforts to address the nation’s chronic disease epidemic.
DLH is proud to support the Genesis Mission through its work on behalf of the NIH Chief AI Officer’s organization. As part of this initiative, the NIH-led Bio Genesis Mission will build a future-ready, intelligent biomedical research ecosystem through technology, policy, and partnership innovation and acceleration. From the earliest planning stages through launch readiness, DLH is helping coordinate, collaborate, and innovate across this fast-paced, high-profile initiative.
The Genesis Mission brings together the nation’s leading researchers, institutions, and technology partners to build the next generation of scientific capabilities. More than 15 Federal agencies will contribute research awards, funding opportunities, specialized scientific datasets, and research facilities to support this initiative.
DLH remains a leader as the federal government adopts AI in support of life-saving missions across our markets. Congratulations to the NIH on today’s Bio Genesis Project announcement. DLH is grateful for the opportunity to partner with the NIH Chief AI Officer’s organization in support of this important initiative.
