The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Contract is the General Services Administration’s (GSA) multiple-award, government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) designed to meet Federal Government agencies’ mission needs for a full range of service requirements, integrating multiple disciplines and ancillary services and products. OASIS+ is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government and has been designated as a Best-in-Class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget, making it a preferred government-wide solution.

Period of Performance: 

  • Ordering period includes a five-year base (awarded 12/17/2024) with one five-year option
  • Task orders awarded within the ordering period can extend up to five years past the expiration

OASIS+ features:

  • Allows for task orders of all contract types (cost reimbursable, fixed price, time and materials, hybrid); with performance CONUS and OCONUS; and at any clearance level
  • No protests on awards under $10 million
  • Low contract access fee (0.15%)
